Qualifications And Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in related courses.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Develop business relationships with a portfolio of assigned key Bancassurance Partner.
  • Accounts to drive APE sales production and build profitable portfolio while maintaining desired persistency.
  • Driving business productivity through assigned bancassurance sales distribution channels and accomplishing set budgeted APE objectives by promoting Takaful Emarat products and services.
  • Manages daily sales pipeline and identifying new business opportunities by networking with frontline distribution staff and ensuring smooth processing of customer applications.
  • Coordinates internally with all stakeholders viz. Underwriting, Operations, Finance & Accounts, Product, Marketing departments to provide support to Bancassurance Partners.
  • Provides on-field regular training to the sales distribution teams on products, underwriting guidelines, operational processes etc and keep them abreast on competitive edge.
  • Adhering to Takaful Emarat code of conduct and company rules and regulations at all times.

Qualifications and Education Requirements:

  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized university.
  • Must have relevant selling experience of minimum 8 – 10 years for (Account Manager – Bancassurance) and 5-7 years for (Senior Officer – Bancassurance) in the field of insurance or banking industry with proven sales track record.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Computer literate with superior skills in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English language. Knowing Arabic will be a plus.
  • Sound interpersonal engagement skills with the ability to establish rapport with personnel across organizational levels.
  • Goal oriented sales professional with an ability to work under minimal supervision and takes ownership of any issues / projects and see them through resolution, implementation and completion.
